CFD Run club

Running is one of the simplest – and most effective – tools for building endurance. In CrossFit, endurance isn't a bonus; it's a foundation. Better aerobic capacity helps you recover faster during WODs, maintain a steadier pace in longer metcons, and keep working efficiently even when everyone else starts to slow down.

Regular community runs don't just improve performance – they elevate overall fitness:

  • strengthen the cardiovascular system
  • build mental resilience
  • support fat loss and recovery
  • and simply help clear your head after a long week

That's why we launched the CFD Run Club.

Running isn't the opposite of CrossFit – it's one of its strongest foundations.

How can you join?

When?

Every Sunday at 9:00 AM.

Where?

  • One week we meet at the gym.
  • The following week we meet at Pallagi Road.

We always announce the exact location in advance.

How far do we run?

Usually 5–7 km at a conversational but steady pace. It's not a race – but it's not a walk either. The goal is to improve together.

Who can join?

Anyone can join. It doesn't matter whether you're a CrossFit member, what your pace is, or how long you've been running. The power of community often gives you more than a solo session ever could.

We have a Messenger group where you can confirm your attendance, receive updates and coordinate the details.
