Open Box is your time in the gym. During this time, there is no guided class and no coaching supervision—you receive complete freedom to work at your own pace and according to your own goals.This opportunity is ideal if you:
want to practice or develop technique independently,
would like to redo one of the week’s WODs,
wish to complete supplementary, mobility, or recovery training,
or simply enjoy working out at CFD at your own rhythm.
During Open Box hours, you are free to use all of the CFD’s equipment, and you decide what you spend your time on—whether it is strength development, mobility, technique, or even an intense WOD of your own design.This time is all about you: independence, development, and freedom in one place.
